WPUK refunds policy

WPUK events are intended to be low cost (eg none of the speakers can claim back any expenses) therefore the following policy is applicable to all WPUK events:

• refunds for ticket purchases will not be issued if you subsequently cannot attend WPUK events; however tickets can be transferred to others as long as the ticket reference identifier is also transferred, and the names of such ticket holders and their respective identifiers are provided to the Core Group
• refunds for travel and accommodation will not be issued if you subsequently cannot attend WPUK events, or if the venue for the event changes
• you are advised not to purchase travel tickets or accommodation until final confirmation is given of the event venue location on WPUK Discuss. Until such confirmation has been given, you should consider the venue location indicated to be provisional
• exceptionally, the Core Group will consider requests for short term financial loans at WPUK events by attendees due to circumstances beyond their control (eg lost debit card or money)
