Introduction

WordCamp Birmingham UK 2015, which takes place on the weekend of 7-8 February 2015, is put together by volunteers on a not for profit basis.

This event is the follow up to WordCamp Bournemouth UK 2014.

Since 2008 WPUK has produced a series of eight WordPress weekends, each one held at a different UK venue.

Funds raised through sponsorship contribute to reducing ticket prices for attendees and staging the event.

Sponsors are the people who make this event possible.

Sponsoring WordCamp Birmingham UK 2015 puts you in touch with a very special community.

It demonstrates your support for the WordPress community in the UK – a cross section of people which you’d find challenging to contact through any other media.

The audience at the event crosses many industries and sectors, from casual bloggers and SMEs to enterprise and government.

Being forward thinking types, attendees are often key influencers within their organisations, especially in creative, strategy, technology and communications.

There are five levels of sponsorship available:

  • if you’re interested in sponsoring the event at Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze level contact WPUK using the subject line ‘WordCamp Birmingham 2015 sponsorship’
  • if you’re an individual or small enterprise you can purchase a microsponsor ticket

Ordering of sponsorship credits

All listings of sponsors, eg on websites, presentations and event literature, will be in order of the value of sponsorship, starting with the highest contributor, and then in alphabetical order if sponsorship is of the same value. In some cases this order may be reflected in the relative size of logos and credits.
